UAB “Maserta”, legal entity code 304031373, registered office address Juozapavičiaus g. 28, LT-09311, Vilnius, Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is the operator of the Online Store www.omegafull.lt.
It is important to the Company that each User of the Online Shop has confidence in the Company, the Online Shop operated by the Company and the goods sold and/or services provided through it. This trust is, among other things, inherent in the proper processing and protection of the User’s Personal Data. Therefore, in this section of the Online Shop website you will find the provisions of the Company’s Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”), which regulates the receipt, use, processing and other processing of the User’s Personal Data in the Company’s activities, as well as the related rights of the Users and the Company’s obligations in relation to the same.
Please note that by using the Online Shop website and the services provided therein, the User agrees to the provisions of the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree to comply with the provisions of the Online Shop Privacy Policy, the User may not continue to use the Company’s Online Shop website.
We note that the Company has the right to unilaterally, at its sole discretion, change the provisions of the Privacy Policy at any time by giving prior notice to the Users of the Online Shop Website. Any change to the Privacy Policy shall be effective as of the date of its posting on the Online Shop website, so please read the provisions of this Privacy Policy each time before using the Online Shop. If you decide to continue to use the Online Shop by reading the provisions of this Privacy Policy, you confirm that you accept and agree to them.

We would like to point out that all actions carried out with the User’s Personal Data are carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

Online shop – an online shop accessible at www.omegafull.lt
User – a natural person visiting the website of the online store and/or a natural person seeking to purchase goods sold by the Company.
Personal data means any information relating to a natural person – the data subject – who is known or identifiable, directly or indirectly.
Data Recipient – a legal or natural person to whom the Data Controller provides personal data.
Online shop account means a login account to the Online shop website, which is created by the active actions of the User according to the sequence of actions indicated on the Online shop website, and where the User’s Personal Data and order history are stored.
A cookie – a small text file that is sent to and temporarily stored on each User’s device used to access the Online Shop website.
Direct marketing – the activity of offering goods or services to persons by post, telephone or other direct means and/or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered.
Partner of the Company – a person who supplies goods or services to the Company and with whom joint actions or projects may be undertaken.
Means of obtaining personal data
The Company receives Users’ Personal Data in three ways, when:
- The user provides his/her own information by himself/herself;
- The data relating to the User is generated automatically when the User uses the Online Shop website;
- Data about the User is obtained from third parties.
The User of the Company’s Online Shop website independently provides information to the Company in the following cases:
- When the user creates an Online Shop account and places an order in the Online Shop;
- During the User’s communication in any form with the Company.
The second way of obtaining Personal Data includes the situation where the Company collects information automatically by means of Cookies, on the legal basis of the User’s consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data, through the User’s use of the Company’s Online Shop and the features provided by it.
The third way of obtaining Personal Data includes the situation where, on the basis of the User’s consent, the Company receives information about the User from third parties such as Facebook, Inc., Google, Inc. The Company receives from Facebook, Inc. the User’s Personal Data such as the User’s image and the name of the www.facebook.com social network account (profile), while it receives the User’s Personal Data such as the User’s image and the name of the www.facebook.com social network account (profile) from Google, Inc. Company receives only User Image Data.
Purposes of the processing of User Personal Data
The Company processes Users’ Personal Data for the purposes set out below:
- for the purpose of conducting electronic commerce on the Company’s Online Shop website;
- For the purpose of organizing and running competitions, promotions, games;
- For the purpose of service provision;
- For the purposes of direct marketing;
- For the purpose of evaluating, improving and ensuring the professional quality of service and for the purpose of resolving potential or arising disputes with Users.
The Company shall not process the User’s Personal Data for any other purposes incompatible with the purposes set out above.
Personal data processed and the legal basis for processing
The Company processes the following Personal Data of Users in the course of its business:
- The legal basis for the conclusion and performance of the Contract: the User’s Personal Data, such as name, personal identification number, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, Internet Protocol (IP) address, bank account number, method of payment for the purchased goods, history of ordering the goods, address of the place of residence, cookies, income level of the person, passport number of the person, data on the person’s marital status. This Personal Data is processed for the purpose of conducting electronic commerce on the Company’s Online Shop;
- On the basis of the user’s consent: the user’s Personal Data, such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, Internet Protocol (IP) address, video, image, text file “cookies”. This Personal Data is processed for the purpose of organizing and running competitions, promotions, games;
- The legal basis for the conclusion and performance of the Agreement: the User’s Personal Data, such as name, surname, personal identification number, telephone number, e-mail address, workplace address, personal complaints. This Personal Data is processed for the purpose of providing the services published on the Company’s Online Shop website;
- On the basis of the User’s consent: the User’s Personal Data, such as name, surname, email address, city, purchase category, purchase amount data, text file cookies, image data, account name of the social network www.facebook.com, address of residence. These Personal Data are processed for the purpose of carrying out Direct Marketing;
- The legal basis of the company’s legitimate interest: the user’s Personal Data. This Personal Data is processed for the purpose of evaluating, improving and ensuring the quality of professional service and for the purpose of resolving potential or arising disputes with Users.
The Company notes that it does not collect, process or perform any other data processing operations related to the User’s sensitive (special) personal information, such as religious or political opinions, health, etc.
User rights and procedures for their exercise
The Company shall ensure, observe and respect the rights of the Users of the Company’s Online Shop Website:
- the right to information, i.e. the right to be informed about the Company’s processing of the User’s Personal Data;
- the right to receive information relating to the User’s Personal Data processed by the Company;
- the right to rectification of the User’s Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- the right to be forgotten when the Personal Data is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or/and the User withdraws the consent on which the processing of the Personal Data was based and there is no other lawful basis for the processing of the Personal Data, or/and the User does not consent to the processing of the Personal Data, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of Personal Data, or/and the Personal Data has been unlawfully processed, or/and the Personal Data must be erased in accordance with a legal obligation imposed by the law of the European Union or the law of a Member State of the Company, or/and the User’s Personal Data has been collected in the context of the offering of information society services;
- the right to restrict the processing of the User’s Personal Data where the User contests the accuracy of the Personal Data for a period of time within which the Company can verify the accuracy of the Personal Data or/and the processing of the Personal Data is unlawful, and the User does not consent to the erasure of the Personal Data and instead requests that its use be restricted, or/and the Company no longer needs the User’s Personal Data for the purposes of the processing, but the User needs it in order to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or/and the User has objected to the processing of the Personal Data, pending verification that the Company’s legitimate reasons override the User’s reasons;
- the right to object to the processing of the User’s Personal Data, i.e. The User has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to the particular case of the User, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him or her where such processing is carried out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Company, including profiling, and/or the processing of Personal Data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company or of a third party, except where such interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the User, which require the protection of personal data, are overridden by such interests, in particular where the User is a child, including profiling, and/or where Personal Data is processed for the purpose of Direct Marketing, including profiling in relation to Direct Marketing. The Company hereby indicates that, with regard to the exercise of the User’s right to object to the processing of Personal Data, it shall no longer process Personal Data unless the Company demonstrates that the processing of the Personal Data is for compelling legitimate reasons which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Company or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- the right to portability of Personal Data, i.e. the User has the right to obtain Personal Data concerning him/her that he/she has provided to the Company, where the processing of the User’s Personal Data is based on consent and/or contract and such User’s Personal Data is processed by automated means of processing of Personal Data. The Company hereby points out that, in exercising its right to data portability, the User has the right to have the Personal Data directly transferred by the Company, where technically feasible, to another controller, i.e. to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of the processing;
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data where the processing is based on the User’s consent.
The Company informs that the relevant actions implementing the above-mentioned rights of Users will be carried out as soon as possible, but not later than 1 (one) month after the date of your request. Please note that, if necessary, the period of 1 (one) month may be extended by a further two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In such case, the Company shall inform the User of such extension within 1 (one) month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
The Company points out that, without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies, each User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her Personal Data is being carried out in breach of the applicable legal data protection legislation. In the Republic of Lithuania, such supervisory authority is the State Data Protection Inspectorate, legal entity code 188607912, address A. Juozapavičiaus g.6, LT-09310 Vilnius, Lithuania.

Storage periods for personal data
The retention periods for Personal Data processed by the Company, depending on the purposes of the processing of Personal Data, are as follows:
- The User’s Personal Data processed for the purpose of conducting electronic commerce on the Company’s Online Shop shall be stored for a period of 5 (five) years from the User’s last use of the Company’s Online Shop;
- The User’s Personal Data processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting contests, promotions, games shall be stored for a period of 5 (five) years from the User’s last participation in a contest, promotion or game organized by the Company;
- The User’s Personal Data processed for the purpose of the provision of services shall be stored for 5 (five) years from the User’s last use of the services provided by the Company;
- The User’s Personal Data processed for the purpose of Direct Marketing shall be stored for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of the User’s consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data for the purpose of Direct Marketing;
- Personal data of the User processed for the purpose of assessing, improving and ensuring the quality of professional service and for the purpose of resolving potential or arising disputes with customers shall be stored for 3 (three) years from the date of receipt of the relevant Personal data.
The Company shall use all reasonable and prudent endeavours to protect the User’s Personal Data for the periods specified above. Upon expiry of the retention period, the Company shall destroy the User’s personal information.
Transfer of personal data to third parties and disclosure of personal data
The Company uses the services of trusted third parties based in Lithuania and other European Union countries and beyond, such as courier services, leasing companies, direct marketing companies, and companies that lease service stations (servers).
The Company informs the User that in order to achieve the purposes of Personal Data processing identified in this Privacy Policy, depending on the specific purpose of the Personal Data processing, the Company transfers the User’s Personal Data to the above-mentioned third parties.
The User’s Personal Data shall only be communicated to third parties to the extent and to the extent necessary for the direct performance of their duties and for the protection of the legitimate interests of the User.
The Company and the third party to whom the Company has transferred the User’s Personal Data shall act in accordance with separate agreement(s) governing the processing of the Personal Data transferred to the third party, the necessary technical and organisational security measures to be put in place, and any other necessary legal provisions governing the processing of Personal Data.
The User undertakes and must protect his/her password and login name and other Personal Data for logging in to the Account on the Company’s Online Shop website. The User undertakes and is obliged not to disclose to any other third party any Personal Data about himself or herself or about third parties, if such Personal Data of third parties has become available to him or her, and to inform the Company immediately of any identified breach.
The Company seeks to ensure the confidentiality of the User’s personal information and, in the normal course of use of the Company’s Online Shop website, the Company shall not be entitled to disclose the User’s Personal Data to any other Data Recipients, unless required by the process of the implementation of the Company’s services.
In the event that the Company is obliged to do so by law or regulation, the Company is obliged to disclose information about the User to the competent authorities.
Security of personal data
The Company is committed to the security and confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data. In order to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Data or unauthorized disclosure of Personal Data and to protect the information it holds, the Company has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
The Company notes that although the Company endeavours to put in place appropriate technical and organizational security measures, these or any other measures cannot guarantee complete security and cannot protect against all possible security breaches at all times.
The User has the right to request that the collected Personal Data be deleted by informing the Company at info@omegafull.lt
Direct marketing
The Company shall have the right to send direct marketing communications to the User by e-mail and/or SMS with the User’s express consent.
The User has the right to withdraw the consent(s) given to the Company to process his/her Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes at any time.
If the User no longer wishes to have his or her Personal Data used for the purposes of Direct Marketing, the User may:
- send an email to info@omegafull.lt;
- unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter.
The sending of e-mails and/or SMS messages shall only be interrupted at the e-mail addresses and/or telephone numbers expressly indicated by the User.
The user has the right to object to the use of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes by informing the Company by e-mail to info@omegafull.lt.
Cookies
In order to provide the User with the full range of the Company’s Online Shop services, Cookies may be placed on the User’s device used to access the Online Shop, subject to the User’s consent.
If the User agrees to the placement of Cookies on the terminal device used by the User, the User must click “Agree” and if the User does not agree to the placement of Cookies, the User must click “Disagree”.
Cookies used by the Company are for the transmission of information over an electronic communications network. Another type of Cookie is used to collect information to calculate attendance (collect statistical information), to provide content that is relevant to the User’s interests and to save the history of the visit. The Company does not use this type of Cookies, however, the Users are advised that some of the Company’s Partners may use this type of Cookies, therefore, if the User suspects that this type of Cookies is being used without his/her consent, he/she should contact the particular Partner of the Company.
If the User has consented to the placement of Cookies on his/her terminal device, the User has the right to revoke his/her consent at any time by clicking on the “Cancel Cookies” link or by changing his/her browser settings, in which case, however, certain functions of the Online Shop may not be available.
Entry into force of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of December 15, 2023. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted and publicly visible on the Company’s Online Store.
