Coconuts

Coconuts contain many nutrients: vitamins A, C and B groups, E; minerals – calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, natural sugar, proteins, carbohydrates, oil, organic acids. Coconuts improve digestion, support the immune system, reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer, and have antioxidant properties.

The nutrients contained in these exotic fruits reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, the level of bad cholesterol in the blood, help strengthen immunity, and promote the distribution of intestinal microflora. Coconut strengthens bones and teeth.

The fruit of the coconut tree is used to treat various skin diseases. The substances in coconuts improve skin regeneration processes. By consuming products and oils derived from coconut, excess fat is burned in the body. Coconut products are often recommended as part of a weight management diet.
