It is an uncooked and unfried delicacy that is made from sprouted seeds. When drying at a temperature of 45С, all the vitamins and trace elements necessary for our body remain.

The product does not contain sugar, starch, animal products, GMO components, soy products, starch, yeast, artificial additives, dairy products.

We sprout flaxseeds and sunflower seeds before drying to enhance their nutritional properties.

Apricots have a lot of potassium – fresh fruit – 305 mg%, and dried – up to 1717 mg%. Their consumption is extremely important in filling the entire cardiovascular system with this important trace element. Thanks to potassium salt, the kidneys are cleansed and thus useless fluids are removed from the body. Both fresh and dried apricots help soften the bowels, making them an invaluable snack for children with indigestion. The vegetable fibers found in dried apricots helps to cleanse the intestines. Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of vitamin E. Vitamin D, which is also present, is more valuable than cod liver oil. 100 g of seeds contain 311 mg of magnesium – 6 times more than rye bread. Germinated sunflower seeds contain several times more vital substances (vitamins, trace elements, enzymes), vitamins: A, B1, B2, D, E, F and K than in a grown plant. Flaxseeds contain valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids such as omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9. Omega-3 is higher than in fish oil. Germinated sunflower seeds contain more vitamins, so their nutritional value is higher. When consuming flax seeds as a food product, mucus is released that protects our digestive tract from ulcers, gastritis and other inflammatory processes. Flax seeds are an active sorbent that is much better than all known activated carbons.
